Our Mission

Our mission is to help protect our drinking water one test at a time. If we didn't have adequate backflow prevention, we wouldn't be able to have the clean drinking water that we currently have. Therefore, our company is driven for accurate testing, reliable repairs and top notch installations.

Why did we choose the backflow path?

Jason decided to focus on this niche aspect of plumbing because not all plumbers are completely aware of the need to understand and properly implement backflow prevention protections. Likewise, not every backflow tester is a licensed plumber.

Because of the disconnect between plumbers and testers, Jason felt the need to form a company that can bridge that gap. A tester may go out and provide a test but may not pick up on important factors, such as a failed pressure reducing valve. It is not uncommon for a plumber to arrive to a discharging relief valve and assume it needs to be replaced because he/she is unaware of how to properly diagnose and repair a backflow assembly.

Therefore, when you choose to work with Jay's Backflow, Inc., you will be in the hands of a person that thouroughly understands all aspects of backflow prevention as well as the mechanical experience of someone with two decades of plumbing experience.
